Guarantee
Because we have found our roommate matches to last longer than those found through other sources, Roommate
Referrals offers a 4-month service guarantee if you choose a roommate that
we have referred to you. If you happen to find a roommate on your own
through any other source, we will give you a 2-month service guarantee.
Service will then be provided for the remainder of your 2-month contract.
To validate your guarantee, it is your responsibility to notify us when you
have found a roommate.
Each guarantee is limited to one (1) free period of service reactivation.
